Flat Roofing in Kingston upon Thames
KT Construction Services installs and renews flat roofs for homes in Kingston upon Thames and nearby areas. We discuss the existing roof, how it is built and what you need before preparing a clear scope for the work.
GRP, EPDM and felt systems
We work with GRP, EPDM and felt systems. Each roof is different, so the system and build-up should be selected to suit the roof structure and manufacturer’s requirements.
What a flat roof quotation can cover
Depending on the agreed design, the work may include preparing or replacing the deck, forming suitable falls, adding insulation, fitting the chosen roof covering, and completing trims, outlets and abutment details. The quotation will set out which items are included.
