Home Refurbishment in Kingston upon Thames
KT Construction Services undertakes home refurbishment and general building work for homeowners in Kingston upon Thames and nearby areas. We discuss the property, the work you want to complete and the order of tasks before setting out a clear scope.
Refurbishment work planned around your home
Every home and project is different. Work may involve improvements to existing rooms, building alterations, replacement finishes or a combination of tasks. We can discuss the priorities, access and sequencing so the quotation reflects the work agreed.
One clear scope for the project
Good refurbishment work depends on clear communication. We explain the proposed work, coordinate the relevant trades and keep you updated as the job progresses. Any specialist work or design information needed for your project can be identified while the scope is being prepared.
